IT Change Manager - Corporate Applications
Job Summary : As part of our Corporate Applications team, the Change Manager will focus on the people's side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies, with an emphasis on programs related to our proprietary technology.
The Change Manager will be responsible for coordinating all change activities related to Corporate Applications’ service delivery ensuring changes are made efficiently with minimum risk to the organization, and enabling changes to be moved quickly to the production environment.
They will create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs and applications by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change.
The Change Manager has a duty to protect the IT systems of the organization, ensuring the changes that are made do not present an unacceptable risk.
They must look for conflicts in active changes and determine the most appropriate time to commit changes to the production systems.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Develop project change strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
Review, record, categorize and prioritize requests for change according to business objectives
Conduct post implementation reviews after the implementation of changes
Maintain all change documentation (policies, procedures, templates, etc.)
Additional responsibilities may include :
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers : communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Support and engage senior leaders
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Track and report issues
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of Change Management practices and technologies
Knowledge of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Knowledge of development methodologies across various technologies
Skill in establishing plans and setting objectives and goals that support an overall business strategy
Skill in managing multiple priorities, prioritize tasks and work independently
Skill in identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and implementing solutions
Skill in working collaboratively and cooperatively with diverse groups
Ability to adapt to a dynamic culture
Ability to deliver work within defined schedules, cost and quality
Ability to coordinate multiple assignments, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate with a high level of effectiveness both verbally and in written formats

Change Management Professional and / or Project Manager certification
5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation;or
5+ years of experience in project management and resource management
Bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited college or business administration or related study, plus five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience.
Work experience in the IT field may be substituted year for year for the education requirement. Five (5) years of the required experience must be in ITSM operational support with experience in implementing tools and technologies.
Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications
