DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review programs / projects of bureaus / offices to determine costs and accomplishments;
  • Keep systematic budgetary statistics in preparation of the different budget forms;
  • Prepare and consolidate financial reports, financial plans and cash disbursements ceilings;
  • Prepare the annual budget estimates of the bureaus; accomplishes Request for Ob ligation of Allotments coming from Bureaus and records in control book;
  • Contact and gather data required in the budget preparation;
  • Fill up different Budget Forms comprising the annual budget estimates;
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors.
