ï In charge of adjusting work schedule and monitoring shift changes in order to ensure that there are sufficient manpower deployed at a given shift schedule.
ï Responsible for the processing of all company standard, internal and client reports in a daily basis.
ï Records and maintain employee information and status employees.
ï Responsible for the maintenance of Operations online employee transactions.
ï Create and plot employee schedule and maintaining the daily staffing status.
ï In charge of generating, optimizing and maintenance of schedules based from the current headcount of the campaign, considering the requirements given by the client.
ï Maintain accurate measures of both the forecast, capacity plan and schedule accuracy by individual analyst as well as group performance.
ï Providing recommendations for any staffing issues / opportunities that is being affected by any other factors such as lost hours, planned shrinkage, fall outs / move outs, etc.
ï Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position
