At Traveloka, Product Marketing role is at the heart of our company's growth. You will be given an exclusive opportunity to learn data-
driven marketing including developing growth strategy, marketing optimization and executing it.
Will handle one product (new and upcoming product from Traveloka Philippines)
Work closely with Head of Marketing in executing end-to-end functions from developing grounded marketing strategies to actual on-
the-ground market-driven campaigns and initiatives aimed at growing the Business Unit (BU)
Proactively improve core business performance indicators against targets through insights, analysis, & corrective actions in response to market needs by liaising with the marketing team composed of digital marketing channels, pricing, promotions, & partnership teams
Create monthly marketing campaigns for the product being handled as well as promo planning altogether with the promo executive and communicate the campaign plan to the digital marketing channels
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders : Marketing (digital channels, pricing, & marketing-technology), product team, engineering, finance, data scientists, Story Lab through campaign brief development, campaign execution or project leadership
Conduct market research to oversee marketing road map for the product being managed. This covers monitoring, analysis, & evaluation of market trends, customer behaviour, & competitor activity to develop actionable campaigns & initiatives driven towards growth in the top & bottom lines, as well as in improving customer retention.
Recommend overall product and category price strategies by maximising discount and promo costs liaising with the product and pricing teams.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent in strategy, follow-through, & execution; possesses a growth mindset & can-do attitude
Skills : Analytical; Numbers-Driven; Logical & Process-Oriented
Exposure of Digital marketing channels & actual hands-on management
Familiarity with Customer / Market Funnel Development
Good communication & presentation skills
Can work with various stakeholders across multiple cultures / countries
