Position Overview

The Global Content Management team within Johnson & Johnson Consumer plans, architects, executes and validates master data for the organization and its partners.

This business-critical data is governed by cross-organizational processes that enable an exceptional consumer experience while ensuring robust commitment to data quality and compliance with our regulatory partners.

The team is comprised of several Analysts and Team Leads that work multi-functionally with the system users and partners to implement and oversee controlled data dictionaries.

First and foremost, the Analyst will provide Content Management for GCC at the Global, Regional and Market Levels. This role will support the tactical execution and maintenance of the master data and knowledge strategies to deliver efficient, accurate, consistent and controlled master data and knowledge information in the global intake system as well as to our partners' downstream systems.

The Analyst will coordinate the executions of content management and knowledge activities, enforcing alignment to data governance, strategy and processes.

The objective of this position is to ensure the accurate and precise implementation and maintenance of a central set of master data and knowledge information for multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

The Analysts key responsibilities include :

  • Lead and facilitate the executions of master data change controls, collaborating with the requester to ensure that the change requested adheres to processes and partners’ requirements at the global and regional levels.
  • Manage and oversee the publications of corporate, brand and product knowledge articles ensuring accurate and consistent information is available to the GCC and its partners.
  • Maintain accurate and precise content management workflow statistics supporting dashboard metrics used for key performance indicators and long-term resource management.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology to report and help solve content management tools' and applications' issues.
  • Coordinate master data change management and knowledge projects, including managing requirements, partner expectations and timelines, and communications at governance meetings.
  • Act as a change agent in identifying new approaches to master data and knowledge management.
  • Enforces alignment of changes to global master data governance.
  • Ensure the usability and integrity of system through secondary reviews of executions.
  • Author Master Data Management standard operating procedures, work instructions, forms, training materials, incidences, investigations and corrective actions / preventative actions.
  • Support system upgrade and maintenance activities.
  • Exercise the highest level of integrity with performed responsibilities and tasks.
  • In a timely and prompt manner, identify, report and seek correction for deviations.
  • Embrace a behavior of employee involvement and dedication to doing the job right the first time.
  • Qualifications

  • BA / BS in business or technology required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; visual basics programming experience a plus
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in enterprise systems administration; contact centers / customer service environments and work in global product databases a plus
  • Understanding of data / knowledge management systems and supporting automation tools and applications; experience in data hierarchies a plus
  • Understanding of content management supporting systems operations; experience in product configurations a plus
  • Good technical and analytical skills with the proficiency to pinpoint data anomalies in records based on analysis
  • Strong customer service orientation, creative and positive problem solver
  • Strong leadership skills, able to direct individuals in the context of project related activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven critical thinking skills
