Minimum of 5 years related experience
Good understanding of general Sales processes, specifically back office processes.
Strong expertise in operations, reporting, developing and optimizing teams, process improvements required.
Logistics background and experience in running teams greater than 100 FTE is a must.
IT experience especially in automation (robotics) would be beneficial. Business English is a must.
