Primarily responsible for compiling and drawing insights from data. Tasks may include gathering, recording, detecting patterns and insights from, reporting, and developing solutions based on data within their domain.
Work across category and customer teams to track campaign performance with A / B Testing
Partner with existing data to design the media campaign scientifically
Interpret the result of the A / B Testing model into actionable media strategy by defining metrics and using exploratory mathematics as well as statistical techniques
Use SQL to pull over weekly sales data and find potential reasons why specific store / media is the outlier.
Provide support with A / B testing analytics and reporting requests, finding the potential reason for error as the first defense line.
Undergraduate or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.
or have equivalent work experience
A minimum of 1 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role
Strong SQL Skills (CTE, Advanced query) and data processing experience with python or R
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
Proficiency with multiple analytical and database tools (e.g. Jupyter Notebook, Databricks)
Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action
Experience working with cross-functional teams with a multi-tasking mindset
Strong enthusiasm and commitment to learning in order to be the bridge between technology and business
