Job Description :

You will be responsible for recruiting high caliber professionals to join Crowe as we expand our team globally. This is an opportunity to work directly with hiring managers / partners to gain an understanding of their staffing needs.

Success will be measured by your ability to identify, attract, and assess applicants as well as facilitate a defined recruiting process.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate through experience an ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, and an ability to influence and guide their recruitment efforts through a strategic and consultative approach.


  • Successfully source, screen, interview, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
  • Manage ongoing candidate relationship during the hiring life cycle
  • Performing post-offer activities including communications, answering queries, reference checks, new hire paperwork
  • Preforming onboarding, induction for the new hires
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS
  • Participate in special projects / task forces as assigned
  • Solid direct sourcing / cold call experience
  • The ability to interact effectively with all levels of professionals in a strategic capacity
  • In addition to the TA responsibilities you will provide support for core people related processes and key HR functions in the following areas :

  • Employee transactions / activity
  • Resource Management / scheduling
  • Employee relations / Employee engagement initiatives
  • Compensation and benefits administration

  • MBA in Human Resources Management or a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • 2-4 overall years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Some experience in campus hiring preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills
  • Ability to coordinate Onboarding and HR generalist functions
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in a highly aggressive and competitive market
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office package (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), the internet, and applicant tracking databases
  • Exceptional, outgoing interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks / projects at one time
  • Experience on Behavioral Interviewing techniques preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple recruiting sources with mastery in one or more
