The Booking & Guest Relations Executive is responsible for achieving occupancy and earnings targets for all HostPro managed properties, as well as managing Guest Relations by responding to inquiries, requests, and communications in a manner that upholds HostPro’s Quality Standards.
1. Achieve Monthly Earnings & Occupancy Targets for all properties2. Manage all Guest Bookings via all online booking platforms and PMS 3.
Create, curate, and manage all Guest Profiles on all online booking platforms4. Document, monitor, and resolve all property claims against responsible Guests via third party online platforms.
5. Manage, respond to, and oversee all Guest Communications via all online booking platforms, PMS, and other means (ie : SMS, Phone Call, etc), and coordinate with stakeholders as necessary6.
Create, manage, and update the following Reports for submission to COO, which are but not limited to : · Property Info Sheet · Earnings & Occupancy Report (Weekly & Monthly) · Property Report & Guest Reviews (Weekly) cc : Operations Team· Claims Report (Weekly)
