This role is responsible for :
Delivery of research, reporting and analytics solutions for our corporate client using best in class BI tools based on modern data platform.
Through data warehousing, analysis, visualization, and examination, this position provides trends and business intelligence to our clients across the world.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND SCOPE RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing data modelling, data manipulation, aggregation and analysis of quantitative data; forecast and trending of performance data to derive actionable intelligence using programming languages and data visualization tools
Lead the development of dashboard and analytics tools from data sourcing to publishing and on-going support after the delivery, and assuring data integrity and effective reports validation.
To contribute to the implementation of agile methodology of analytics and reporting development.
To propose initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, data visualization and analytics
Acting as an expert by pro-actively contributing to the improvement of the clients business with innovative and simplified solutions.
Collaboration : Exceptional collaboration skills.
Strong communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to relate confidently and effectively to users at all levels.
Business process, and data processing experience.
Strong analytics experience.
Expert level usage of products such as : Tableau, SharePoint, Jira and SQL (Dataiku and Dremio would be a bonus)
Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills
Proficiency in database technologies such as Microsoft Access or SQL Server
Experience in working with data warehouses, data marts as data sources
Create, maintain and optimize data visualizations and dashboards (in Tableau, Power BI, Dash, Shiny)
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
BS or BA Degree.
At least 5 years experience in business analysis & processes and data processing & warehousing.
Proven experience as a leader and people management. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies within the team.
Strong prioritization skills, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Ability to effectively navigate in a matrix organization.
