This job is TEMPORARY WORK FROM HOME ONLY - You must be amenable to WORK ON SITE IN MAKATI CITY if Required / necessary .

We also require 2 WEEKS TRAINING ON SITE UPON DEPLOYMEN T (Training is already included in your Probationary period)

Develops, and creates job advertisements to be posted on job boards and social media

Management of Job portals and boards

Sourcing for sufficient pool of candidates to meet hiring needs

Screen and interview candidates in accordance to company, client and account qualifications

Keep track of daily, weekly, monthly reports on hiring needs

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development or equivalent

At least 6 months experience hiring / sourcing for IT roles such as Developers, programmers, IT Support

Keen to Details

Aggressive recruiter

Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge an MS office applications

Flexible to do multiple tasks

Applicants must be willing to work in Makati once needed
