Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of system recommendations to meet requirements.
Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems to meet business and user requirements.
Serves as a production or operations support and is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of SAP transactions and access issues, including the other systems and applications integrated into it.
Key responsibilities include the following :
Approves, provisions, reset or terminate user’s access to SAP and Portals.
Initiates SAP and other systems access revalidation process.
Attends to tickets and SAP Security issues by performing root cause analysis, resolution and other SAP Security requests
Generates and analyzes reports for SOD analysis, access revalidation activities, access monitoring, errors monitoring and audit compliance
Create and review Knowledge Base article for any SAP Security processes and issue resolution in ServiceNow.
Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager or Process Lead.
Qualifications / Requirements :
BS degree in any of the following : Computer Science, Engineering and Business
Ability to listen, understand and document requirements / solutions
Experience with supply chain processes and Finance Operation is a plus
Effective English language skills; verbal and written communications
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a team environment with globally dispersed operations
Ability to develop and publish project status reports, update work schedules, and open issue status reports
At least 2 yrs. experience working in an ERP environment
Willing and able to work in Europe time
