Responsible to attract, evaluate, and recruit external and internal candidates while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers and the divisional HR.
What will your job look like?
Closely work with the dedicated TA team handling both internal and external Recruitment for the South East Asian region, but will primarily focus on local recruitment hiring in Philippines
Due to the nature of our vacancies, we require someone who can source applicants efficiently
and ready to dive into this exciting and fast paced role
Attracts applicants by operating different sourcing channels, such as company career site, job sites, placement companies, Employee referral program, social media networks, pool searches, job fairs and academy relations
Conducts market research and initial phone screening of candidates and scheduling of qualified candidates
Updates and maintains internal applicant tracking systems and different job portals
Participates in Talent Acquisition team’s recruitment activities and branding / social media efforts / recruitment open-house
All you need is...
At least 5 years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist in Hi tech company / placement agency
B.A. in Social Science or related fields
Proven experience in pro active sourcing, recruitment marketing, and account management
Strong spoken and written English
Engaging and team player, hard worker, fast learner, able to work in fast paced and gets things done
Knowledge in basic MS Applications-Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
Applicants must be amenable to work in Taguig and open to work in Ortigas from time to time
Preferably can start immediately
