DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS :
1.PLANNING FUNCTION :
â¢Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the project
â¢Prepare master schedule for the project
â¢In-charge of budget estimating for the project
â¢Coordinate with consultant / designers, planning officers and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
2.PROJECT SUPERVISION :
â¢Overall in-charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the project
â¢Able to organize his team of technical and administrative staff
â¢Able to supervise General contractors, sub-contractors and various trade contractors and ensure these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives.
â¢Be able to provide solution on site concerns and issues and make good decision
â¢Ensure that materials, labor and equipment utilization are maximized at lowest cost
â¢Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at site.
â¢Prepares and submit reports periodically and on time
â¢Ensure that safety and quality programs are implemented diligently
â¢Formulate and Implements site rules and regulations.
