But our greatest investment, asset and our pride, is in our People. Should we invest in you? JOB SCOPE We’re looking for a Human Resource Manager to manage our Global / Asia Pacific personnel, all of whom work virtually from home.
You will be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR operations in the company, including establishing manpower policies, compensation and incentive programs, career progression and people management.
You will need to be familiar with manpower legislation of various Asia- Pacific countries as we are a global company with employees from Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, India to South America.
You will work closely with internal Teams to brainstorm ideas for continual company growth and development, plan company-wide activities as well lead employee engagement and communications.
Responsibilities : · Manage full spectrum of HR functions · Regulate and manage the entire recruitment process, onboarding & offboarding procedures, contract management, leave management, employee management activities.
Requirements : · Diploma / Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or related fields. · Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resource or related fields.
