Job Description

6S / FOD activities pre and post shift

Incoming of Materials - piece parts, dice, chemicals, smocks, etc Perform documentation check visual inspection and dimension check.

Prepare material for FLT,FAI and evaluation

Update IQC database ,record cards, datalyzer and applicable forms as required by specification

Quarantine of lot issues - Accounting of lot quantities and proper categorization of rejected parts

Computer transaction regarding the details of his / her completed station

Receiving and / or Endorsement of activities to / from next shift inspectiors.

Responsible for the lot / activities recevied after the defined cut off period

Generate MRB upon detection of issues that includes but not limited to Expired material, document issues, visual and dimension issues, send ntification report as per define OCAPQ

Job Requirements

1. High school, vocational or some college complete course

2. Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing industry, preferably semiconductor

3.Good communication skills that can be used during customers visits, audits

4. Computer literate , basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Word

6. Basic mathematical skills up to basic statistic computation
