The Role : Software Renewal Sales Support and Business Analyst

Thisposition is responsible to ensure successful Renewal of Software MaintenanceContracts of StruxureWare DataCenter Expert & StruxureWare Data Center Operation software used byexisting customers.

The scope of Software Renewal & Lead Generation is toidentify existing customers willing to change to SaaS model of Ecostruxure ITExpert & IT Advisor.

The successfulcandidate has to be Customer focus, work closely with customers,understand their Data Centre needs and challenges.

He / she isexpected to be a DCIM thought leader, create customer success story andestablish reference customer. The general responsibilities of thisposition is to work closely with CCC shared resources team and align withstandard software Tools, Process, workflow and adhere to the CCC policy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • 1.Software Customer Data Extract from BFO / BFS, Oracle, SAP, InTouchand other Software systems
  • 2.Conduct Business Analysis activities as required by the FunctionalReporting Manager.

    3.Validate and consolidate StruxureWare (SW) Customers and uploadinto Software Salesforce System as Renewal Oppty

    4.Extract StruxureWare (SW) Customer Expiry by monthly & sharewith SW Sales lead responsible for Europe, ME & APJ

    5.Prepare SW Renewal Contract Quotation for existing Large SWCustomers, send to quotation to SW Sales Lead (regional). SW Sales Lead willvalidate and send to Partner / End Customer and update SW Renewal & LeadGeneration Consultant.

    6.Submission of SW Renewal Contract quotation to Partner / EndCustomer for small and medium customers

    7.Call / send email to Existing Customers expired SW MaintenanceContract, remining to renew. Provide scope of Renewal of Software MaintenanceContracts and value-added services.

    8.Identify existing customers interested to move to SaaS model ofEcoStruxure IT Expert & IT Advisor, pass the prospective customer lead toSW Sales Lead.

    Qualifications

    Who would be successful ?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Sales, or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Experience in Salesforce or Oracle system
  • Knowledgeand experience on Data Center UPS, Cooling, Power Distribution, Datacenter infrastructure management (DCIM) monitoring and operation solutions, ITindustry and background in Technical Software solutions is an advantage
