Key responsibilities areas :
Provide functional support to business in the standard CRM areas : Service and support, Salesforce automation, marketing campaigns,
Prepare system requirements including functional and technical specifications and workflow diagrams
Provide documentation of application solutions and provide support for end-user training
Perform system configurations to match business requirements
Key Competencies :
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
2+ years of experience in application and software development.
Hands-on experience with any of core technologies and programming languages such as : JAVA, .NET, Python, Object-oriented Programming (OOP), and Salesforce Visual Force
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Team player who has a growth mindset and confident to work independently.
Possess strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
CRM processes (Account / Opportunity / Sales Management, Order Management, Service Management, Call Center, Campaigns, Reporting, etc.
