Customer Service Representative for a Transportation Network Account
You are responsible for providing high-quality customer service via call platform and efficiently finding resolutions in solving inquiries.
College graduates & 2-year vocational course graduates with 7 months of call center experience
If college undergraduate must have completed 2 years in college (no back subjects) with at least 7 months of call center experience
Good communications skills
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Willing to work onsite at Mandurriao, Iloilo
Amenable to work in shifting schedules
Has NBI clearance, PhilHealth Document, and SSS Document
