Job Purpose / Mission / SummaryThe Senior Finance Analyst is expected to support all Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) responsibilities.
The incumbent is responsible for undertaking planning and budgeting, business case analysis, pricing and all financial information required by the business.
It is the interface between Sales and the Operations teams, providing financial advice to drive operational excellence, policy governance and improve profitability.
Responsibilities also include taking ownership and accountability in the execution of business process management and improvements.
Like (a) BS & PnL Review both for internal & Statutory books; (b) Inventory Management; (c) Operations & Admin support; and (d) other Adhoc reports.
Competencies : Technical : Manage a full P&L for Korea & Japan businessKnowledge of Korea multi-element accountingKnowledge of US GAAP and local country GAAPExposure to pricingStrong governance backgroundFinancial modeling and business case analysesSoft : Ability to communicate in business Korean both spoken and written is preferred but not a mustBusiness acumen and creative solution within risk appetite.
