The Regional Sales Manager will manage sales of the companys products and services within a defined geographic area or province to ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, deployment and management of sales personnel and identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
The RSM will plan and set SMART sales objectives for the region and conduct study of sales history of the assigned region and develop sales strategies.
He will review Monthly Coverage Plan submitted by sales people and make recommendations and identify opportunities with them.
He will likewise ensure that all sales people will collect timely and accurately.
The RSM will perform client visits to identify and fill-in opportunities in the field.
This role will report to Group Sales Manager.
