The Senior FP&A Manager will work for the Asurion Supply Chain Operations in the Philippines, Techlog Center Philippines (TCP).

  • This position will provide a full suite of financial support to TCP cross functional leaders. That includes the identification and measurement of full potential initiatives;
  • provide insights to complex issues, lead the development of TCP’s business plans, business case analysis and business scenario modelling in support of key business initiatives.

    The position is expected to act as strategic business partner, providing innovative ideas and strong financial strategies for the business.

    The role will build a strong and high performing team who will be the next FP&A leaders.The candidate will have an exceptional financial analytical skill, an ability to translate analysis into actionable insights for the business, has an exceptional business acumen, executive presence and leadership capabilities, deep critical thinking proficiency, and exceptional communication skills.

    The candidate will be an innovator that uses big picture thinking, data-driven insights, pragmatic problem solving, and influencing skills to deliver outstanding results.

  • Lead initiatives discussion that will drive achievement of full potential target.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, cost analytics, and reporting to include monthly results, rolling forecasts, and annual operating plans
  • Monitor and communicate financial health; measure progress against operating plans; anticipate risks or opportunities;
  • and develop + deploy solutions to optimize results

  • Work with business partners to execute business solutions to complex issues
  • Provide continuous improvement leadership to the financial and operational processes.
  • Develop short- and long-term financial and operational targets that are aligned with global strategic initiatives.
  • Build deep internal stakeholder and customer relationships, aligning expectations and driving accountability across teams
  • Provide strategic financial leadership to TCP on operational and financial performance and processes.
  • Develop real-time financial and operational dashboards that can be used by TCP
  • Responsible for the accuracy of all financial reporting within TCP
  • Responsible for the accuracy of financial modelling and project business case justifications.
  • Promote continuous improvement culture and lead efforts towards process standardization, strive to minimize exceptions.
  • Accountable for people management (selection, training, appraisal, retention and development), and conduct regular coaching and mentoring to direct reports and ensure alignment of training investment to the Individual Developmental Plan
  • Perform ad hoc activities and tasks as required
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA, CPA, CMA viewed favorably
  • At least 12 years of experience in finance and accounting; minimum 8 years of experience in the field of financial planning and analysis.
  • At least 8 years’ people leading experience with specific experience in planning and organizing the work of others; managing self and others through change;
  • driving performance execution and results; motivating and developing high performing teams; leading collaboration cross functionally;
  • leading courageously; divine discontent; displaying credibility and influence

  • Can demonstrate strong financial acumen, exhibit sound analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail; apply financial skills in a pragmatic fashion Has deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience, data mining, and modelling expertise
  • Can Influence business decision making by translating financial information into a clear value story
  • Can demonstrate a high level of agility in responding to change and dealing with ambiguous circumstances
  • Ability to drive projects to closure and achieve financial results
  • Strong ability to influence multi-disciplinary teams / stakeholder groups to drive a continuous improvement culture
  • Strong problem solving, analysis and troubleshooting skills - identifies areas for process improvements and leads / participates in implementation.
  • Ability to prioritize team’s work in a highly complex and rapidly changing business environment where competing deadlines are the norm.
  • Extensive written and spoken English language required, as well as proven interpersonal and relationship building skills across cultures
