Job Description : Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure. Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
Plan layout of project. Prepare contract documents for building contractors. Prepare scale drawings. Integrate engineering element into unified design.
Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans. Administer construction contracts.
Represent client in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts. Prepare operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.
Minimum Qualifications : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Architecture License (Passed Board Exam) in Architecture or equivalent is not necessary but an advantage At least five (5) years of proven working experience in related field ir required for this position Must have good drawing skills with the ability to work in the three dimensions (3D) Proficient in MS Office, AUTOCAD, STAAD, Sketch-
Up, and solid works Can convert models into 2D / 3D detailed approval drawings, erection plans, shop part drawing, and bill of materials in a timely manner to ensure accurate fabrication and on-
time delivery Well-versed with 2D / 3D CAD software operations and willing to extend hours if needed Good presentation and communication skills both verbal and written High level of creativity and imagination Can work independently with less supervision and can start as soon as possible
