Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
  • Perform research and gather data / key industry trends to help a company market its products or services. These covers customer buying behavior insights and market dynamics.
  • Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and / or operational data by using various research methods (interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, market analysis surveys, public opinion polls, and literature reviews)
  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and software and interpret what the data means for our client, and they may forecast future trends.
  • Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports.
  • Create and present charts, graphs, and other visual aids to present the results of their research to management and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends including the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues;
  • customers; current and potential competitors.

  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing / business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing research, programs and strategies thru SWOT Analysis or similar methods.
  • Work with internal stakeholders / teams by supplying them with market and competitive intelligence and coach them on competitive offerings, financials, pricing and market positioning.
  • Help in developing advertising brochures and commercials, sales plans, and product promotions.

  • Job Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or Management, Statistics, Computer Science or any related field
  • Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage
  • Proven knowledge and skills on market research methods and analysis knowledge and experience
  • Ability to focus on customers and network effectively at all levels and influence for the business
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Capable of doing problem-solving and analysis
  • Ability to communicate well and articulate with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts and tasks quickly, excel under pressure, and meet deadline requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical packages, databases and tools
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
