Current Need

We are seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst to join our RelayHealth Pharmacy Team in the Atlanta, GA North Druid Hills office.

Candidates must possess the following attributes :

  • Passion for helping clients and employees
  • Adept at analyzing and using data to solve complex problems
  • Working Knowledge of Pharmacy or Healthcare terminology
  • Self-starter with a drive to continuously improve processes and remove inefficiencies
  • Strong oral, written and presentation capabilities, with an ability to articulate complex technical information clearly
  • Ability to adhere to all standard operating procedures and processes in order to deliver a world-class customer service experience for internal and external customers
  • Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Configure and implement contracted solution services for clients and business partners
  • Modify configurations as requested by clients and business partners’ requests
  • Document all configuration and implementation processes used to support contracted services
  • Provide Tier 2 support for customer issues
  • Coordinate customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including associated documentation and sign offs / approvals from business partners
  • Facilitate ad hoc requests as needed (i.e. data requests)
  • Assist in research of technical issues and provide follow through on resolution of issues with contracted services
  • Interprets internal and / or external business rules and issues and recommends best practices
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • Strong Communication skills (both written and oral) and a proven ability to effectively work closely with other team members and other business units required
  • Working knowledge of NCPDP telecommunication standard
  • General technical proficiency (MS Windows, Word, Excel, IE, etc.)
  • Excellent Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Critical Skills

  • Typically 3+ years technical implementation or support of information systems
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics or equivalent experience
