Qualifications & Requirement :
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Ensure 100% vacancies. Monitoring all the deployed employees.
2. Ensure complete pre- employment requirements.
3. Conduct employee orientation and contract signing. Monitor / conduct training for the on boarding employees and refresher for the employees.
4. Ensure all employee relations / case investigation of the employee with violation are done within 24 hours in coordination with HR.
Strict implementation of Code of Conduct.
5. Monthly submission of work plan.
6. Relay and attend concerns of the employees / client.
7. Coordination with the BSI key staffs assigned per site.
8. Coordinate with the Managers of the client / principal.
9. Daily visits to the hubs around South Luzon (field work)
