Oversees all production and project coordination teams within a location. Drives the Brand Deployment function for a large location and / or several smaller locations.

Ensures optimal utilization of Brand Deployment resources, driving bottom-line profitability while delivering on strategic and client priorities.

Manages teams across multiple Sub-Functions; ensures efficient workflow throughout the location(s). Proactively leads the development of improved Brand Deployment procedures and processes for assigned location(s) in alignment with global standards to better serve clients and achieve financial targets.

Partners with leadership across other Practices to ensure client needs are met on time, efficiently, and within budget.


  • Maintains close relationship with clients’ assigned leadership contact to ensure Brand Deployment deliverables meet project specifications and client needs.
  • Monitors progress of ongoing Brand Deployment projects; provides guidance and leadership to address and resolve promptly, accurately, effectively, and to the client’s satisfaction, any issues or problems that may arise.
  • Ensures Client Growth team(s) remain informed on project progress.

  • Maintains a good understanding of market and competitors’ graphic art identity for assigned function clients and communicates to / shares with project team
  • Drives bottom-line profitability through effective management of staffing (e.g. levels, cost, utilization), SmartSourcing, facility and other expenses.
  • Creates strong and effective internal partnerships with Client Growth, Brand Development, and Brand Deployment teams; collaborates across the business to ensure client needs are met and projects stay within scope, budget, timeline, quality, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively leads the development of improved Brand Deployment processes to better serve clients and achieve financial targets.
  • Develops effective production models from previous production experience, current market trends, and competitor intelligence;
  • establishes cost effective, creative, and innovative production strategies to meet client challenges and needs.

  • Regularly analyzes the location’s performance through KPIs and other metrics and at formal periodic business review meetings;
  • utilizes data in decision-making to maintain or improve performance.

  • Executes change management activities to drive change while maintaining operating effectiveness and client satisfaction;
  • ensures timely and efficient communication of management decisions throughout the location.

  • Maintains and utilizes a long-term, holistic view of the business.

  • Provides specific, objective feedback to direct reports through written performance reviews as part of the Global Performance Management program.
  • Creates strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborates across the Company; listens and values the opinions of others.

  • Secondary School (e.g. High School) Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job.
  • College degree (e.g. Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent degree within appropriate discipline such as Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or Graphic Design or other related fields.
  • Proven experience successfully managing brand production teams within a print, pre-press, or graphics manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising others, including supervising other managers.
  • Excellent knowledge of business models, objectives, financial metrics, etc. used in decision-making; ability to build sound business cases to support decisions and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the Company’s market and business environment and how it impacts business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of effective Pre-media, Print, and / or Photo Studio production, processes, roles, tools (digital and conventional), and workflow practices and trends.
  • Expert problem-solving skills; strong ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong expertise in building new relationships and nurturing existing relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Broad understanding of the assigned clients’ products, services, business strategy, and challenges.
  • Proven ability to make effective decisions in challenging situations and / or under pressure.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage other managers and / or individual contributors.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across the Company;
  • willingness to work with colleagues at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize work appropriately, and meet assigned deadlines; strong organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written, verbal).
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office-Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
