Scope of the Role :

  • Manages the total research needs of a major client or a set of minor clients by supervising all projects undertaken, generating new projects, and developing close business relationships.
  • Undertakes innovative or new research concept applications under the guidance of the Business Unit Head. May champion a standard KTNS business solution

  • Supervises all aspects of a client’s project assigned to Research Associates, Executives and Associate Manager / s.
  • Role Deliverables :

  • Attends to clients’ research needs under direct supervision of the Client Consulting Director / Business Unit Head (BUH).
  • Services at least one of the top 10 clients / Key Accounts and at least two regular small revenue clients on his / her own under direct supervision of BUH.
  • Recommends appropriate research projects / programs based on client’s informational needs / problems
  • Prepares proposals and cost estimates for projects using innovative, customized research methodologies and business solutions.
  • Champions one of KTNS business solutions
  • Reviews research briefs and recommends appropriate research methodology for basic ad hoc researches.
  • Coordinates with Operations and KGDC on project costing
  • Prepare detailed analysis, highlights, conclusions and recommendations subject to Client Consulting Director or Business Unit Head’s (BUH) review
  • Knowledge and Skills Required :

  • At least 4-5 years experience in Client Service
  • Proven marketing (research) knowledge
  • Proven knowledge of MB products and philosophy (if being promoted internally)
  • Some experience in leadership and team management, including staff development
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and developing skills in business development
  • Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times
  • Project management monitors research progress and directs all stakeholders to complete assigned projects based on client requirement;
  • anticipates and resolves issues relating to support department operations and maintains quality control

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Fluency (verbal and written) in English and Local Language essential
  • Cultural awareness
  • Experience

  • At least (6-7) years work experience, either in qualitative or quantitative research.
