Responsible for following standardized collection procedures for all assigned accounts and exercising good judgement in handling more difficult problem accounts.

May include multiple products, systems, delinquency or charged off accounts. Make leadership aware of problem accounts that may result in repossession, foreclosure or charge-off within established time frames.

Key Requirements :

  • Candidate must finished at least 1st year in College.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is an advantage.
  • With at least 18 month-experience doing customer service, collection / recovery or lending experience.
  • at least 1 year Collections or Sales Experience
  • Must have good communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Must have Basic Computer Skills.
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedules.
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
