Service, repair, & conversion of alarm systems Honeywell, DSC, GE, NAPCO, alula, 2 gig, also some CCTV and access control systems
Providing excellent technical and customer service to clients, billing and collection for services performed via Eclipse software through the company provided cell phone.
To drive a company vehicle following all laws and driving in a courteous manner. Keeping vehicle clean & properly maintained, properly stock with equipment & organized.
10% Achieving or over perform service revenue goals planed and related duties
Continuous improvement measured by the management team.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Trade school, college, or some college courses is preferred.
Minimum of five years servicing, repairing, and programming.
Valid driver's license in state of residence. Low Voltage & Nicet a plus but not required.
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and carry boxes / packages, ladders, tools, and other equipment required to service systems.
Driving to client locations and then servicing system by walking, crawling, bending, climbing, or standing. There is also some bending and stooping required.
Must be able to use calculator, telephone, keyboard and various office machines on a daily basis and be able to write.
Communicates both in person and on the telephone, enters information on the computer and read various instructions.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED WORK HOURS
This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
No travel is expected for this position.
