  • RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide customer support to users in identifying and resolving problems
  • Monitor and update the data of the users in the system
  • Collect, identify and analyze CRM business requirements and make sure to meet the standard system
  • Conduct training for new users on system functions and processes for CRM systems
