We are looking for a Supply Chain and Operations Excellence to join our growing Team in New Verticals!
What’s on the menu to do :
Lead & facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the new verticals unit. Understand current metrics, deep dive into root causes, and work w / local & regional teams to develop, drive and monitor improvement projects (both short and long term)
Work w / local & regional management to understand high-level business metrics & translate these metrics in actionable & measurable metrics dashboard for everyone within the organization can be responsible for.
Work w / cross functional teams (within New Verticals or across foodpanda organization) in order to achieve process improvement targets.
Act as a liaison w / local & regional teams & manage stakeholder relationships. From time to time work across various adhoc teams to improve the operations and meet target KPIs.
Be the Excellence champion w / in the organization - build the culture of continuous process improvement across varying functions & teams, occasionally sponsor training and on-the-ground workshops to cultivate the mindset of continuously improving the operations.
Prepare detailed project plans to track and monitor project development and performance
Monitor improvement and performances of suggested changes, suggest further modifications wherever required
What do you bring to the table?
Total of at least 5 years working experience, w / at least 2-3 years related in Operations Excellence, Supply Chain & Process engineering
Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management / Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
Some formal training in Process re-engineering / improvement is a plus but not required.
Experience in working with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings.
Must be very detailed oriented.
Experience in spearheading process improvement projects. Having experience in optimizing logistics / e-commerce related functions is a plus.
Experience in managing & optimizing supply chain operations would be an advantage.
Highly proficient in MS office, G-suite & with particular focus on MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Proven experience in handling adhoc teams, negotiating & implementing special projects related to improving business KPIs
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Good communication and presentation skills, experience in presenting to C+- levels.
