Job Description Responsible for the achievement of store objectives and operations business targets through efficient, effective and innovative leadership
Job Qualifications -Graduate of a four-year course from a reputable university. Management course preferred but not required.
At least one year related experience preferably in a retail store. Has managed a team of at least 8 persons. Has basic operations and marketing knowledge.
Good communication skills. Able to express self well, both oral and written.
Basic financial knowledge - cost computation.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables n situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Has strong project ownership. Results oriented. PLOC is highly observed.
Relates well with all team members, internal and external customers.
