Job Description :
The Database Marketing Specialist is responsible for the list sourcing and set up of outbound marketing efforts to help drive awareness of a particualr account and increase leads.
He or she will provide the analytics that will enable accurate segmentation and targeting to maximize ROI for the direct marketing initiatives.
This will include management of external lists and databases to engage with prospective customers and generate demand as well as uploading of leads from various sources.
This role will also be responsible for compiling data from multiple sources, analyzing and presenting this data.
4-year College Degree (preferably in Marketing or Business). MBA preferred.
3-5 years marketing experience, with a focus in database marketing, demand generation and marketing analytics.
Knowledge of tools such as Eloqua, Google Analytics, SiteCore CMS, and Siebel CRM.
Strong experience with one or more database systems such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
Financial Services and / or technology industry experience preferred.
Highly numerate and strong quantitative analytical skills.
Ability to uncover underlying drivers, assess the potential impact, and design metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills with a results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives
