The Role : Specialist 1 Customer Service
We are looking for an experienced Specialist 1 Customer Service to be responsible in providing excellent customer service to various people in ASCO Power Technologies supply chain (contractors / distributors / resellers / builders / end users / customers etc) via phone and email support, order management, order entry and expedites.
To ensure that the information given to our customers is timely and accurate.
What will you do?
Respond to customer inquiries thru calls and emails
Process, enter and expedites orders
Manual Order Entry - New order ,Warranty Replacement Order, No Charge Order, National Accounts
Manual JDE Changes
Updating of Non Stock Lines with Incorrect Branch Plant assignment
Distribution of Bridge Front Office cases from Load Bank CS CCC
Processes credit and re-bill requests from ASCO Sales offices and ASCO Services
Creates RMA -Return Material Authorization in JDE for ASCO Sales, ASCO Services
Processes Return Dispositions in JDE and in Trackwise
Uploads all pertinent documents with order information are in Records Retention
Provide literatures switch documentation
Generates quarterly report for RMA initiated by ASCO local sales offices.
Processes of Synergy Change and Synergy new
Process Change Branch Plant for Orders
Sends Bill of Materials request to Applications Engineering
Sends Revised PO acknowledgement to customers and counter parts.
Track and work with Customer Orders within Business System and react as necessary
Price & quotation
Adheres to Service Level Agreement set by the department, if not exceeds
Follows team’s defined process and procedures and company policies
Ensures that required information is logged into central information system pertaining to customer information and request
Provides accurate solution / assistance to customers on a timely manner
Ensures completeness of required parameters for order entry.
Reply to customers asking for their order status and expedite
Who would be successful?
Bachelor’s Degree of any course
Job Related Experience :
Order Entry exposure
BPO work experience
Customer Service, Order Management
Specific Knowledge / Ability :
Minimum of 1 year work experience with at least 6 months related experience in a customer service environment.
Organizational skills required for carrying out his / her daily duties particularly in terms of time and priorities.
Close attention to detail, follow-up, extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.
Knowledge of computer systems and experience in data entry
Excellent written and oral communication capabilities using US English
Has great knowledge of the Order Management and Expedites System.
