Oversees medium size / moderately complex system related projects.
Develops detailed systems / operatins work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

Provides sound understanding of project leadership and technology concepts and principles

5-8 years relevant experience

Knowledge of Human Resources data / processing (recommended but not required).
Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent experience
