  • Execute production of exhibits as bound by requirements and standards set forth by Business Owners, using tools and practices leveraged by the organization
  • Ensure that the Development process is executed at its most optimal, by constantly seeking ways to improve development methodologies
  • Oversee a group of exhibits developers to monitor productivity and throughput
  • Perform development of exhibits

  • Ensure that the Development activities adhere to the productivity targets as they pertain to timeline and throughput
  • Ensure that the developed work products are of expected quality
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Solid grasp of any tech tack development
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Understanding of project management concepts
  • Ability to create exhibit templates to the specifications drawn up by internal and external clients
  • Ability to monitor and coordinate efforts during times of peak volume
  • Experience in Healthcare Insurance Enrollment and Membership Services environment is a plus
  • Computer Equipment and Software Requirements :

  • I ntermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project.
  • Working knowledge of Object-oriented principles with application on either C++, Java, or C# programming languages.
  • Experience in Python, JavaScript, CSS is a plus.
  • Experience in using version control and repository management software such as, but not limited to MS Team Foundation Server, GitHub, VSTS, and SharePoint.
