This position will report to the Marketing Center of Excellence and will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to facilitate customer, prospect and employee engagement by helping to create and execute innovative digital campaigns, leverage strategy and content across platforms and facilitate the distribution of organizational message by promoting across external and internal channels.
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following :
Regularly monitor the company web properties’ online performance and recommend SEO strategies or improvements to increase site traffic and translate to sales through organic search initiatives.
Capable of conducting keyword research activities and crafting content optimization guidelines in line with the continuous effort to foster the site’s search traffic growth.
Research and execute search engine optimization suggestions.
Research and analyze competitor advertising links while developing and executing link-building strategies.
Work with different stakeholders to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Propose changes to website design, content, linking, and other variables to enhance SEO positions for target keywords.
Write effective SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts.
Stay up-to-date knowledge of factors for ranking in search engine results and best practices in the SEO industry.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
Collaboration and communication with various internal stakeholders such as marketing leadership and operations, sales and customer relations, among others to oversee the company’s reputation, promote brand consistency, identify key planners, and coordinate actions.
Regularly reports and communicates with stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results
Identify the latest trends and insights to analyze data results and accomplish maximum ROI in organic and paid search campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher.
3 or more years of progressive digital marketing experience executing SEM, SEO programs with clear quantifiable results.
3 or more years managing marketing projects while showing a comprehensive understanding of higher-level digital marketing strategies for the B2B sector.
Comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices and ability to leverage SEO insights to optimize SEM programs including sitemaps, noindex / nofollow / rel canonical tags, site speed, etc.
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Webmaster tools.
Superb command of the English language - superior written (grammar) communication skills including writing, proofing, and editing.
Technical writing a plus.
Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
