Primary Functions :
vProvides quality pediatric nursing intervention, makes an accurate nursing diagnosis, and refers immediately to the Medical Officer;
vAssists the doctor in the medical assessment and management;
vHandles training on nursing care;
vApplies simple treatment and first aid when necessary;
vAttends to sick clients;
vAssists in dietary, hygiene and environmental sanitation services;
vCoordinates with other services, hospital in relation to rehabilitation of the clients
vRefers or recommends clients needing medical check-up and evaluation;
vPrepare reports and other documents, as part of the medical unit collaborative documentations;
vPerforms all other related tasks as may be assigned.
