  • Keep and maintain employee records and administer employee information in BambooHR
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities for APAC region
  • Conduct employee onboarding and off-boarding process in Philippines, India, Pakistan and broader countries within APAC + EU upon request
  • Maintain the company’s HR paperwork / documentation, including but not limited to contracts, official letters and certificates
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for the HR Team
  • Gather and analyse data for creating HR reports, track HR metrics globally
  • Conduct the necessary researches for employment labor regulations and best practices of different regions
  • Submit required data for external PEO provides on monthly basis
  • Assist with events planning and organisation (virtual and off-line)

  • 2+ years of experience in HR admin position
  • Excellent knowledge of labor regulations of Philippines, knowledge labor law regulations of Pakistan, India, Australia considered to be a benefit
  • Proficiency in BambooHR (general settings, reporting modules, advanced settings)
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess effective organization and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures
  • Previous experience working with International Relocations to Philipinnes an advantage
