Main Responsibilities :
Ensure the reduction of downtime delay
Monitor the delay regularly and schedules corrective and preventive maintenance activities to prevent problem recurrence
Ensure that the work instructions and orders are executed as planned
Ensure the availability of stocks / spares and monitors costs acquired
Identify the stocks or spares necessary for purchase requisition
Monitor the high-cost maintenance items and suggests solutions necessary for cost minimization
Request quality spare parts to prolong equipment life
Ensure the preparation, checking, consolidation and submission of work-related reports
Prepare the Mechanical Maintenance Rolling Mill Activities, Materials Supplies Issuance System (MSIS), Purchase Requisition Form, Accountability Form, Work Order Form, Document Request Form and the Receiving report
Consolidate the reports on Analysis of Data, Risk Assessment Report and Analysis of Accident
Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Qualification / s :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications
Able to physically work at the plant located in Bahay Pari, City of Meycauayan, Bulacan
