This role is responsible for assisting our management team with the day-to-day functions required to run the company business in a professional and timely manner.
We interact regularly with many stakeholders across the business including shareholders / investors of the various entities we manage, Directors of the various boards we report to, customers we sell to, suppliers of services and equipment, and staff.

Payroll
Assisting company Accountant as required with :
Data entry of information into the company system
Liaising with external payroll provider
Managing spreadsheets
Communicating with casual field staff
Accommodation liaising with providers and ensuring correct record keeping
Implementing systems
Casual staff contract checking and filing
Accounts Data Entry
Assisting the Company Accountant with :
Date entry into the company accounting system (Xero)
Clearing accounts inbox
Managing staff purchase orders
Checking invoice accuracy and checking against quotes
Recharges and reconciliations
Management reports, budgets and month end reporting
Cashflow management and 20th payments
Bank reconciliations and setting up payments
Health and Safety
Assisting HR Manager as required in our online system with
Ensure plant and equipment registers and monthly check lists are completed, and any actions required are completed on time
Other
Assisting with systems set up and management as required
Establishing and maintaining packhouse systems recording movement of fruit
Analysis of supplier alternatives
Use company system (Hort Hub, Xero, etc)
Any other duties and assignments as directed by the management from time to time
