We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales process. The Sales Administrator will play a large role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service and superior customer / partner satisfaction.

Sales Administrators provide support for our sales representatives, ensuring impeccable, all-around customer service. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices.

We are seeking someone who thrives in a team and is committed to success. Candidates will be passionate about technology combined with an innate curiosity towards their practical applications.

After a period of training and orientation, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for compiling client Proposals ready for customisation by the Sales Team, comprising the following tasks :

  • Creating internal project codes and updating the company CRM
  • Compiling responses from pre-existing material
  • Customising internal documentation specific to the client response
  • Tracking the sales process via our CRM and reporting to the management team
  • Through excellent development opportunities the successful candidate will also be able to innovate and plough their own furrow in this role.

    Based on a flexible, hybrid working model and with a start-up mentality, you will be collaborating with your colleagues on cutting edge projects for prestigious, household name clients with one common goal to be the number one design consultancy in Asia for workplace experiences underpinned by tech.

    Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following :

  • Experience in the built environment an advantage; you understand how a construction project works
  • Ability to review written documentation and compile comprehensive responses
  • Experience working for a B2B employer
  • Research skills and open to working with internal team members as part of the research process to create high quality content
  • Recent hands-on experience with any of the following an advantage; Office 365, HubSpot, Harvest, Trello
  • Clerical skills to keep records kept in MS Office and CRM up-to-date
  • Experience in professional services consultancy companies or construction industry a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in English an advantage
