Responsible for supporting Henkel global Compensation and Benefits (C&B) from enrollment to termination, Payment report, Reconciliation of benefits data
Responsible for working hand in hand with country’s local HR (Human Resources), Stakeholder and Finance team for proper payout to employees.
Responsible for Incentive calculation of upper management
Responsible for executing validation and reconciliation of benefits data and payment
Responsible for responding to employee’s inquiries and concerns related to the process
Graduate of bachelor's degree (preferably Psychology or Human Resource related)
Minimum of three (3) years working experience in HR Compensation and Benefits which includes Benefits, Administration, Payroll and Reconciliation
Preferably with end to end payroll process experience and with knowledge not only on end-to-end payroll framework, but also absorption and documentation of processes
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Excel (with VLOOKUP, pivoting and MACRO); SAP knowledge preferred
Proficient English communication skills and with interpersonal skills
