Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Has at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Has experience doing recruitment and other administrative tasks (this is a must!)
Good communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The person in-charge must be able to assist in the execution of recruitment activities and other initiatives relevant to the team’s goal which includes sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and coding of candidates.
He / She shall be able to facilitate report generation as and when need arises.
Ensuring healthy pipeline of candidates by sourcing through different recruitment platforms.
Assist Recruitment Specialist in processing onboarding documents of candidates prior to joining date.
Supports in monitoring completion of licensing requirements.
Generates related recruitment reports.
