To manage and supervise the activities of a team of PM Support. The team’s goal is to provide the Program Managers and their client’s with the support they need to manage their programme.
As a result, this specialized support will drive efficiencies allowing Programme Management to focus on client retention, growth and up-sell opportunities.
The daily supervision of the team, monitoring the team’s performance, giving direction, allocate duties. Utilize reporting systems to pull, analyze and report data as business needs require.
Work closely with Director to develop and maintain best practices for the department Responsible for quality assurance and managing customer satisfaction.
Manages the human resources of the team. Act as the subject matter expert on PM Support Participate in, and or lead, departmental projects.
