Overview of the role :
Responsible for driving performance for a team of Data Administrators and Analysts by implementing standard global processes on data administration and JLL User support.
This role contains all the functions of the data administrator and data analyst roles with the addition of the responsibility of training and mentoring the data administration team, new hire training and engagement with key stakeholders on specific requirements to drive platform optimization which includes but not limited to workflow troubleshooting, address workflow concerns.
Being the senior member of the team, this role will include engagement with JLL clients, On Account Teams and the Business Technologies team.
What this job involves :
As the person in charge, you will assemble and lead a team, and establish effective organisational structure and working procedures for the group.
This role demands efficient team management skills, which you will exhibit by identifying the team’s objectives and allotting resources, to achieve optimal results and meet the company’s target profits.
Likewise, you will be in charge of managing and monitoring the different stages of the processes. Furthermore, your proven track record in team management will come in handy, as you’ll be in charge of facilitating negotiations, analyses and meetings with authorities.
Exceeding client expectations
The Operations Lead is responsible in defining and managing service level agreements with clients and stakeholders. Responsibility includes working with end Users and Clients for a specific requirement which includes but no limited to deployment, troubleshooting, workflow process and requirements.
The Operations Lead should ensure that the overall infrastructure service delivery is as per SLA.
Focus on operations
The Operations Lead will be responsible for both data administration support and supervisory duties . Supervisory duties include capacity planning, queue management, setting tasks for team members to ensure sufficient resources are in place for daily operations .
The role also requires analysing monthly performance reports / scorecards and provide recommendations for performance improvement .
Ensure that the overall infrastructure service delivery is as per SLA
The Operations Lead is also responsible for risk management, issue management, incident management and overall escalation / risk mitigation of services offered.
Same as in assisting in overall Governance, Audit and overall resolution on Data Management. Task also includes managing adhoc responsibilities.

Same as the ability to drive and motivate the team to meet tight deadlines. Result Oriented, self-motivated and proactive in resolving issues and identifying new opportunities is also necessary for the lead role.
Passionate for service & has relevant experience
Do you have relevant experience in helpdesk service delivery? Do you possess strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills with the ability to provide quick resolutions to problems on hand?
Do you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Business IT or other relevant disciplines?
