Prepares the letter of acceptance and employment contract

Prepares and consolidates HR progress report.

Handles complaints / irregularities.

Reviews KRI reports and ensures that objectives are met.

Analyze and submits monthly report to the OD-HR Manager.

Conducts training / orientation of newly hired / assigned employee and HR staff.

Responsible for the sourcing and hiring of manpower.

Responsible for the preparation of memoranda regarding employees and government notices and / or proclamations affecting labor relations.

Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data in the 201 File, HRIS+ and payroll systems.

Monitors the performance of manpower agencies, insurance, and HMO providers.

Ensures that the insurance and HMO benefits for employees are properly implemented.

Evaluates the performance of the HR Staff

Reviews the work load and plans of HR staff assignments & monitors completion.

Reviews and finalize KRI reports.

Recommends changes to existing procedures / guidelines to increase the efficiency

and responsiveness of the OD Department as a whole

Qualifications :

Must be a graduate of AB / BS in Psychology or any behavioral courses

Licensed Psychometrician or Psychologist is an advantage

Must have 3-5 years experience in Human Resources

Effective in oral and written communication skills

Effective in people handling.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to perform under pressure and stressful condition

Ability to analyze and anticipate situation and recognize alternatives

Self-Motivated, Result-Oriented, Detail-Oriented

Proficient in Microsoft office.
