Department : Missionary Department
Manage all non-ecclesiastical affairs of the MTC, including training, financial, physical facilities, human resource matters, and ensuring missionary training outcomes are achieved as directed by the Missionary Executive Council through the Missionary Department.
Supervise training personnel : teachers and teacher supervisors.
Ensure the successful outcomes of missionaries; train missionaries.
Ensure that all operations and support services for the MTC function effectively and efficiently.
Coordinate closely with the MTC President and other leaders to decide how best to manage the MTC.
Maintain contact with the appointed representative in the Missionary Department for all direction and policy issues.
Must be an endowed member with a current temple recommend
Degree in Management, Administration or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Degree in Pedagogy preferred.
Experience in managerial positions of similar nature 10 years recommended.
Exceptional interpersonal skills required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino
Demonstrated experience in the use of computers for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations required.
