The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator will conduct and coordinate onboarding and sourcing administrative task including, but not limited to new hire processing and analytical reporting as well as providing administrative support to the Sourcing Specialist and TA Specialist / Officers.
The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for working on various projects in addition to performing a variety of administrative functions.
Duties and responsibilities
Sends pre-onboarding and onboarding email instructions to new hires.
Helps TA Members in enrolling new hires thru ERP and Enboarder.
Monitors, checks and follow-up pre-employment requirements submitted by new hires.
Notify Recruiters and HR Data Team on pre-employment requirements completion.
Maintains new hire tracking system and new hire report and ensures appropriate records and statistics are kept up to date.
Will work closely with the Sourcing Specialist as support for administrative tasks.
Performs other Recruitment admin tasks as required
Good time management and multi-tasking skills
Above average communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
At least 1- 2 years related experience in onboarding for volume hires, sourcing experience is a plus but not required.
Working knowledge in MS Office and other report generation tools.
Good people skills, approachable, able to communicate with different stakeholders in the organization.
Temporary WFH setup, but should be amenable to work in BGC office depending on business needs
